
Asian Pork Tenderloin
1 ½ lbs Pork Tenderloin
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon molasses
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon gingerroot
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
½ teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon seasame seeds
2 teaspoons sliced green onions
Preheat oven to 425
Remove all visible fat from pork; place in shallow baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients except sesame seeds and oinions.
Brush honey mixture over pork, sprinkle with sesame with sesame seeds.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
Serve, slice thinly and garnish with green onions.
* I find pork tenderloins the cheapest at Costco in three packs. It makes this meal less than 5 dollars.
