this is the batter recipe I use with my waffle iron, personally I prefer round waffles, why is that?
Homemade Waffles
2 Cups waffle or pancake mix
1 egg
¼ cup oil
1 ½ cup water
Combine. Pour into hot waffle iron and spray Pam in between every waffle! Serve with strawberries or fresh fruit. Yummy!
* Always better as breakfast in bed!!

do you think it subconsciously has anything to do with Eggo=easy and square (though much more delicious) = labor intensive??
